All of our packages come with an online ads plan.  So, if you decide to also run a few ads to drum up business, we create and manage your ad campaign at no extra cost.  Who else does that? LOL

Yes!  We would hate to see you go but hey, things happen.  If you would like to cancel your monthly plan, just go to the Contact Us and send us a message.  You will only pay for the prorated amount of service used.

Our Pickle Jar package includes the unlimited website design service.  This means you can request as many website changes and so on unlimited times per month.  Need a new website?  We can do that to!  We can take one request at a time and our turn around is about 4-10 business days per project.

Yes!  Feel free to send us any images or video from your business and we will create awesome content and schedule your social media posts.  Your audience loves to see the “behind the scenes” of your business.  If you don’t have pictures, that’s ok to!  We will create graphics that represent your brand.

Yes!  We include Social Media Ads Campaign management in each of our packages. This means that as a Social Pickle customer, you can have us create and run online ads anytime!  You just cover the adspend.

No.  All of our Social Media Management plans come with Social Media Marketing management.  If you don’t advertise online it’s ok!  But if you decide to, we will manage and create those online ad campaigns with no added cost.

Yes!  Our Monthly SEO service in all of our plans.   Our SEO services will focus on ranking your selected keywords.  This includes monthly rank tracking and improving, backlink services, on and off page SEO, keyword research.

Absolutely not!  If you currently do not have a website, we can create one for you.  We will work on your new website according to the monthly plan you have selected until your website is finished.  We can also redesign your existing website if needed.

All of our plans include business graphics creation for your business and can create everything from fliers, business cards, brochures to online graphics, logos, social graphics and more.

There are no other fees associated with your monthly plan.  Just enjoy monthly social media, design & email services at a low flat-rate monthly cost.

On average, we will contact you within 24 hours to gather more information about your business, target audience, keywords and goals and get started working on your content.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your content to go live.

The great thing with Social Pickle is that you don’t need to give us your social media passwords!  We will simply send you a link that will walk you through how to connect your accounts.  It’s seriously super simple.

Once you connect your social media accounts, you will be able to log in anytime to see your social media schedule.

Yes!  We will send you bi-weekly reports showing how your social media channels and marketing campaigns are working.  We believe in transparency and give you 100% accurate results.

Once you select a monthly package, we will connect your Facebook account along with your ads account.  We will then create a kick-ass social media ads campaign that will generate results for your business.  You “ad spend” is the amount you would like to pay Facebook for your ads.  We will continue to manage your ads to make sure they do not exceed your allocated monthly ad spend budget.  We focus on getting you the best results for your budget.
